Analysis and Design of MC-CDMA Based Mobile Wimax for Different Modulation

WiMax(World Wide Interoperability for Microwave Access) provides high data rate over long distance wireless communication .Generally Wimax adapted OFDM (Orthogonal code division multiple access) architecture as transmission medium in IEEE 802.16 standard. Our aim is to analysis MC-CDMA (Multicarrier code division multiple access) based WiMax design and verify the performance under different modulation using Matlab R2010b tool .The simulation results shows performance of WiMax is enhanced in MC-CDMA compared to OFDMA because of spreading factor associated with MC-CDMA technique .Additive white gaussian noise(AWGN) is choosen as transmission channel.Here performance is measured based on Bit error rate calculation for various velocity under different modulation technique Index terms WiMax, OFDMA, MC-CDMA, BER
